These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the rules for using our website, app, and/or other integrations we provide (together, the "Service"). By signing up, clicking in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, step away now.

1. Who Can Use This

You must be 18 or older and in the 50 United States. No kids, no bots, no fakes. You're responsible for keeping your account secure (don't share your password).

2. What You Get

We provide AI, custom software development, technology plans, automation implementations, and tools to help your business improve efficiency and productivity while increasing long-term profit margins. It's not magic - it's work, guided by technology. We can update or tweak the Service anytime to keep it sharp.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Be Real: Give us accurate info (name, age, goals) so we and our tools can do our jobs.
• Play Fair: Don't hack, scrape, or misuse the Service. It's for you, not resale.

4. Our Rights

• Ownership: The Service, AI, and content (minus your data) are the intellectual property of New Nine Studio, a Kentucky corporation. Use it as intended, not to copy or steal.
• Control: We can suspend or kick you off if you break these Terms or mess with the Service. No refunds if you're out.

5. Payments

You'll pay on time via our processor. Details will be clear before you commit. No pay, no play - access stops until you're square.

6. Disclaimers

We're here to help you grind, but:

• No Guarantees: Results depend on you - implementation, oversight, all of it. We can set it up, but you have to make it work for you.
• As-Is: The Service is "as-is". Tech glitches happen; we'll fix them, but no warranties.

7. Liability

You use the Service at your own risk. New Nine Studio isn't liable for injuries, data loss, or life hiccups from using the Service - unless we screw up big (and legally provable). Max liability? What you paid us in the last 6 months.

8. Termination

This will be discussed in any contract you sign with us, but as a general rule: you can quit anytime, but no refunds. We can end it too, with notice, if you violate these Terms or we shut down the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We might update this as New Nine Studio continues to evolve. Check back here - new Terms apply when posted. Keep using the Service, and you're in.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our website(s), app(s), service(s) and/or training shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky.
