Years ago, a friend worked at a gas station in Addison, IL. He was a young, crazy guy – 19 or so – and loved messing with people. He particularly enjoyed messing with people who asked for directions.

You knew when the seven dwarfs were hard at work, because you heard them whistling.  Sure, it’s a cartoon.  Nonetheless, these guys had the right idea.  The attitude you display at your desk, in front of customers, and especially online can speak volumes about your business.  Are you having a good time?  Do you believe in what you are doing or selling?  Are people welcome to share the experience?
